Because every Opal & Ivory Co. order is custom-made using the photos you provide, all sales are final once photos are uploaded.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before photos are submitted. Once images are received, the creation process begins and cancellations are no longer available.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing pieces, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I’m happy to remake or replace damaged items at no cost.

Opal & Ivory Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or items marked “delivered” by USPS/UPS.

Shipping Policy

Processing begins after photos are submitted, not when the order is placed.

• Processing time: 5–7 business days
• Shipping carrier: USPS or UPS
• Delivery timeline: typically 3–5 business days
• Tracking information will be emailed once shipped
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of my control

If your package arrives damaged, please email me immediately with photos so I can help.

If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, please check with neighbors, your household members, and your local post office.

Photo Upload Policy

All glitter photos and DIY kits require customer-uploaded images.

Please upload your photo(s) within 24 hours using the link provided in your confirmation email. Orders may be delayed if photos are not submitted.

For best results, please upload high-resolution images (avoid blurry photos, screenshots, cropped images, or zoomed-in pictures).

No refunds or cancellations are available once photos have been uploaded.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. Any photos or personal information you provide is used solely to complete your order.

I do not sell or share your information with anyone.
All payments are securely processed through Squarespace, Stripe, and/or PayPal.

Uploaded photos are stored temporarily while your order is being created. Once your order is fulfilled, your images are removed from the system.

Terms

By placing an order with Opal & Ivory Co., you acknowledge that your images will be used to create your custom glitter print or kit. You confirm that you own the rights to the images you submit.
